Return policy
1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantee
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For any major failure with the service, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Custom Branded & Bulk Orders
As our products are custom-printed or sourced specifically for your bulk order:

No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or provide incorrect branding assets.

Approval of Mockups: Once the digital mockup is approved by the client, PeakMerch is not responsible for errors in the original design, spelling, or logo placement.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a bulk shipment that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

To initiate a claim, please email
sales@peakmerch.com.auwith your order number and clear photos of the defect. -
We will assess the claim and, where a fault is verified, provide a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion in accordance with ACL.
4. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before mass production has commenced. Once the printing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled, and the full balance will be due.
5. Shipping Costs
Unless the goods are found to be faulty, the cost of returning items to our Australian facility for inspection remains the responsibility of the client.
